CAM FOLLOWER END OF ARM TOOL

I was assigned to build an end of arm tool (EOAT) for an injection molded part. EOATs are used in injection molding to take hold of the part and remove it from the mold once the next shot of plastic is ready to go. I used 3 small suction cups connected to spring loaded compensators to hold onto the part while a gripper grabs onto the plastic sprue. These are essential in automating the injection molding process.
